Welcome to Your Introductory Class A

Our first class in the Introductory series begins with you lying on the mat. For the best experience, we recommend using good audio equipment or AirPods, and ensuring you have a clear view of the screen for reference.

Setup Instructions:

  • Position your mat directly underneath your hammock, which should hang level with your knees.
  • Ensure you have enough space to move comfortably and safely.

Class Access:

  • Your class series will be stored in your library and can be accessed as many times as you like. Feel free to revisit and practice at your convenience.
