Welcome to Your First Class in the Aerial Series - WIP

Aerial Stretch, Decompress, and Meditate is Yin-inspired and allows our bodies time to melt into each position. Always remember to pace yourself and listen to your body.

Setup Instructions:

  • Position your mat directly underneath your hammock, which should hang level with your knees.
  • Ensure you have a clear view of the screen and use good audio equipment or AirPods for the best experience.

Class Access:

  • Your class series will be stored in your library and can be accessed as many times as you like. Feel free to revisit and practice at your convenience.
